Rude customer service
It wouldn't let me give a 0 star. The food has gone down hill. The customer service is terrible. They are so rude! Was told many times to "hold on" even after being asked "what else".
We arrived in the drive thru this later evening and was greeted. However after we gave each order, expecting a response from the lady taking our order. She never responded. My husband repeated himself and Janeka was extremely rude in her reply to him. Once we stated that we had completed our order, once again there was no response so we proceeded to just drive forward to the window to provide payment.
