I really don’t understand what is going on with this Taco Bell. It’s like every time I think this location is getting better it takes a dive even lower than it was in the past. I’m not here to complain about the “atmosphere” or the price, the employees there don’t really have a say in those things. However, the fact that it CONSISTENTLY takes 30 minutes to an hour to get my food when there are all of 5 cars in the drive thru is absolutely ridiculous. She’s just been standing there for like 10 minutes on her phone we have been here for 45.
I went to TacoBell last night and ordered 3 luxe boxes. The quality was horrible. The past couple of times I’ve been there, it has been really bad. They need to learn proper portioning. This is ridiculous
WAITED 40 MINUTES FOR FOOD!! 5 people working, 1 literally just standing there talking. Awful service. Wish negative stars was possible.
