Service took forever but the food was good and fresh I was kind of pissed though because they had no mild sauce that's my favorite sauce there but they did make it up with the avocado Verde sauce all in all food was good hot fresh it just took us almost 20 minutes to get it

May 22 2026 @11:25 pm worst customer server ever … placed an order thru the app for a single taco went ahead and checked in at the drive thru ănd confirmed the order somehow after i got to the window the young lady was surprised and firmly believed that i did not check in with her at the kiosk well then who the hell did you just talk to??? She was giving an attitude and all .. Taco Bell needs to train their staff properly about manner ănd maybe pay attention to the drive thru
The lady that worked tonight does not know what she is doing. Ordered a cantina bowl and steak burrito amongst other items. Had to turn around and come back for the cantina bowl left again to find they did not give us our other steak burrito either. She was rude and kept acting like we were burdening her and there were zero people in the drive thru. Just overall rude and poor service
