Drive thru woman, took the order and repeated the order to make sure nothing was missed. She was spot on and correct but the line cooks CAN NEVER READ PERIOD. GUESS WHAT I said, no black beans....and guess what the line cook put on the chalupa.....smh. Adding context. My son is autistic and does not like black beans and that is why the chalupa is customizable the way it is... smh I dont get why people can not READ and do their job correctly. Not hard. Its fast food!
01JULY2026 I've gotten the same burrito here several times, and every single time they've done well! The girl at the window was super friendly and smiling, she's doing a great job! There are a few other Taco Bells I've been to, and their burrito size has been inconsistent.. even some that were the size of my debit card. Look at the pic, this thing is as long as a freaking napkin!
The person taking the order is the rudest most horrible person I have encountered at a fast food establishment. She accused me of yelling I couldn't understand what she was asking me! If something else was open I would have driven away! In top of everything, the order was made wrong. I tried to report it online to Taco Bell corporate, but their web form would not accept the order number! I'll be making a phone call tomorrow!
