I made the mistake of not putting no lettuce in my kids tacos and when I told them they made them fresh ones with no hesitation! I felt terrible but in a way relieved that I could have a nice lunch with my kids and not having to worry about them picking everything out. 🥺🥺🥺

Terrible aervice by employees, i order online and they didnt got the order, they said is because internet doesnt work good here, really?? thats how you manage a client? not coming back
I don’t know what possessed Taco Bell into thinking the automated drive through voice was a good idea, just get rid of it. I’d like to speak to an ACTUAL human when going through the drive through because the automated voice is just a mess.
