Not a good sign when people leaving place tell me good luck in there.I tryed to get a speical advertized on app bir could not get it to work. Individual behind registser said it was a manager problem. Manager told me she knew nothing about computers. I had enough and left.
They forgot to put chicken in the cantina chicken bowl and didn’t give me my chips and nacho cheese like I ordered!
Food was amazing!
It’s very unfortunate to watch this store go downhill recently, both TacoBell and KFC. It used to be great, but for the past year, I have eaten here dozens of times and always wind up disappointed. I’ve kept coming back hoping that it will be better, but nothing seems to change. This location really needs a complete overhaul. And I know it’s not every location because I have NEVER had this issue in Burlington. Every time I have been here, at least half of my order is inedible due to it being so old and barely luke warm.
