Tried again and ordered the cantina bowl barely got chicken the toppings could have been more. This is the worst taco bell from here to bay county. Not hard to read orders but they constantly make crap wrong. Everytime we order (4 adults 1 child) the order is messed up either food is smashed because the shove 4 cravings boxes worth of food in 1 bag or missing items. I’m from out of town and the customer service I received here is awful. On Sept 6th at 6:45pm The African American lady at the drive through window became frustrated because I was trying to make sure my order was correct. She slammed the window open then just started at me with a smirk and annoyed. She gave a wave like saying “byeeeee”. Being a manager in customer service, I’d never treat my customers this way.
