the food i got was cold and nasty we’ve ordered from them multiple times and have missed multiple items each time we’ve ordered and i think it’s completely bullcrap
Ordered 2 times through the app tonight for delivery and first time forgot luxe box got a hold of what help I could through the app gave me a $15 off so I order the luxe box again be that's what my daughter wanted for her birthday dinner anyway still paid $8 dollars so I'm losing money still and they forgot the damn drink are you guys high or what because why are you messing up on almost all orders can you not read your orders serious question I'm beyond annoyed management needs to retrain it's employees because this ain't i... read more
Manager wanted to keep coughing in her hands and then handle food. Then when asked to talk to her was ignored by customer service representatives. Absolutely asinine and disgusting. When asked for refund was told to deal with it. Lobby was absolutely disgusting food everywhere on tables and floors threw food in garbage and left building. Definitely reporting this and the "manager"
