Not sure what exactly happened between when I placed my order on the app and pickup for food. I clearly had it marked as no lettuce and no spicy ranch. They still put it on my food. Worst place to get tacos at. Tupelo would've been way better. I don't recommend Booneville MS taco bell. 🤢🤢🤢 Lettuce makes me sick and I don't eat ranch at all because I can't stand it. The manager was rude as heck and she hung up on me.
Horrible service, food made extremely sloppy and the place is very dirty.
Last time me and my wife was here we had to wait because the workers were outside chilling I guess. The kiosk didn't work so we had to use the counter to take our order. A lady in revealing clothes not even in uniform took our order. She was very nice. However while waiting on our order employees were running in and out and literally drinking Smirnoff in the kitchen areas and outside the restaurant. These workers were kids.
