I arrived first for my pickup after getting a “ready” notification, but still had to wait ~10 minutes while staff served walk-in customers who came after me—even though my order was already prepared. I have video and photo proof of the delay. It’s frustrating when companies invest in efficient systems, but poor in-store handling ruins the experience. Very unprofessional.
I ordered on the app so I wouldn’t have to wait, “grab and go at the counter”. Took me 10 minutes to get there and then I ended up waiting another 20 minutes after I arrived. The app says grab and go, I didn’t go to the drive thru which would have been faster, I went to the counter. There was another guy waiting while I was waiting and he was still waiting after I got finished eating.
