I gotta say as far as my experience goes, we have a great taco bell in Winchester. We were in a bit of a hurry so we hit the drive thru. Faith was awesome!! It was a nice change to encounter somebody nice and friendly and genuine in a time when it seems like everybody is just pissed off. Super job faith , it's contagious we were both smiling when we left.
I usually go around midnight and my food is fresh, and I get everything I ordered almost every time.
Horrible service and lady with no teeth extremely rude definitely shouldn’t be in customer service and the guy making food was talking shit about my husband but hiding in the back while doing it, like how unprofessional! you guys suck as always nothing new and should maybe get a new crew or retrain :)
