Got here when no one was here, ordered just 2 crunchy tacos and a burrito off the tablet thing waited 20 mins before they acknowledged us and no one had even started on the order. Took 30 mins for 3 items
I went drive through and ordered regular crunchy tacos and a crunch wrap supreme. It was disgusting! The tacos were wet! Who knows what they were wet from. The wrap had no beef and not crunchy at all. It was the worst that I've ever had from any taco bell. I couldn't even eat it. 🤢
I think I understand why the reviews are so bad. Even though it wasn't busy, the tables and chairs were dirty, and when I asked them to clean them, the female employee and her boyfriend gave me nasty looks! I'll never go back!
