My husband & I stopped by via the drive thru, Jonathan was the associate at the window to give us our order. Jonathan was very swift yet polite & kind, especially when I took a sip of drink, it had an taste, Jonathan listened to our problem, never even flinched, he listened, apologized & promptly offered to exchange it for a different drink, with seconds he hands us a drink & straw with a smile! Jonathan is exactly what customer service should be! Thank You!
