I understand that food service can be stressful at times, however, excellence must be maintained when handling people’s food. This was not the case here. My visit was at 1am after sitting at the doctors. There was no one in drive thru or at the window, so they were not busy at this time. I should have checked my order however, the staff seemed nice and I figured no one could mess up this order as it was not a complicated order. I will include a pic of the receipt. I don’t visit this Taco Bell very often. I ordered two food items in the drive-through on 12/11/25. A Steak poblano quesadilla for me and nacho fries for my daughter. After getting 3/4 done with my quesadilla, I bit into something very hard. I thought it was maybe a piece of hard pepper, but it was a black round piece of hard plastic. Like a cap end to something. This location cannot make a 5 Layer Burrito correct if their jobs depended on it. Everytime I order from this location they do not have the 2nd smaller tortilla on the burrito. And everytime I take it back in the store they remake it the exact same way, I don’t know if the store just needs more training or if they are just that lazy but this has happened on more then one occasion, and lastnight I even told them when I pulled up to the drive through speaker that it’s usually made wrong they said they would make sure it’s righ... read more

I will never I mean never come back here !!! I waited 30 mins in the lobby for my order due to “having or large door dash order” meanwhile two other customers came in after me and received there food before me …all I got was I’m sorry nothing else ! Im livid.
