We don't eat taco bell often but when we do I come to this one because its right next to our house but I seriously am always disappointed. Why can't you guys ever get the order right? I ordered steak chalupa and we got chicken. Why do I keep paying an upcharge if im not going to get what I paid. I also ordered a soft taco and got a hard taco. Just always these small issues that if you just read the order, can be avoided. Its every single time. I added a photo of my receipt.
I am done with this Taco Bell. I have been a Cleveland native for 34 years. I think every single person in this town has probably been to this Taco Bell before. Let’s be honest. We have all been served a hot pile of dog crap from this restaurant. You think to yourself, ‘oh, maybe it’s a bad day. Oh, maybe it’s busy and they were just in a rush.
