My husband and I had the worst experience at this location yesterday. The food is always on par and the staff is typically super friendly. Yesterday we were not only treated very poorly by and employee named Mercedes but she put our order in incorrectly. I understand mistakes happen and normally wouldn't have an issue but her attitude and overall unprofessional behavior was more then horrendous. Do better! This Taco Bell is 40202924 points above the one in Sault Ste. Marie!!! While not always perfect, it is on par with what we expect from a fast food chain!
Had food here before, service ok. This time, slowest taco bell ever. Took half hour to get food.
Why are your fryers off 15 minutes before closing? You have added so much fried food, do you only have 1 single fryer? If only 1 fryer, I would highly suggest keeping it open until closing time. You have a lot of new fried foods, guess it doesn't make sense to have them closed down before store closes. Very polite customer service though!
