Absolutely terrible. And refuse to answer why they can’t make a simple order. Leaving 0 stars, for service and food. One star for atmosphere because I had the privilege of not having to eat there.
I order from door dash and I didn't even get my soda with my chalupa meal. Also no one even answers the phone. Do not order here!
Between 10:30-10:40am: I had a very disappointing experience during my visit today. I spent 10 minutes in the drive thru just to not get my order, according to my initial receipt and my refund receipt. The young lady who took my order appeared unsure about what was happening in the kitchen, and there seemed to be confusion among staff, including the manager, about the status of my order and the reliability of their equipment.
