I asked for a beef & bean burrito with cheese and sour cream. I was the only vehicle in the drive thru. The person taking the order had a little trouble understanding me & the manager got on the intercom. I repeated what I wanted which I thought was a very simple order. The manager put together an order #276 that said 1 bean burrito, no beans, no red sauce, add seasoned beef, no onions, add sour cream.
