Food makes me sick
Ordered online got there and told to pull forward so their dt time wouldnt be bad. No one behind. Refused and asked for money back was told had to do in app. Explained didnt order in app. Told to call but she said she couldnt give out the number. Asked to speak to manager she said she was the shift leader closed the window and walked off! Called corp to complain and got refund because we didnt take the food 07202026 time for a new review! Absolutely the worst customer service. I was given the wrong burrito. Which is fine, it happens. I took it up to the counter the gentlemen directly at the counter was very nice. He took the burrito to the line and let them know they made a mistake. Instead they questioned us, looked at all our food on the table going as far as having us open our other burrito to prove to them.
