Placed an order through the app, told them at the window that each item was modified and to be sure to be careful. "It's on the app, we got it, No problem!" was what the guy in drive thru said. Get home, and they're made wrong. I called, and after a lot of confusion on their end, Connie (mgr) said I was able to get item replaced next visit. I know mistakes happen, but the modifications are clear as day on the order, and I even told them I had modifications, and it was still made wrong. Couldn't even eat one taco, shells were broken and stuck to the paper wrappers, paid $8 and some change for a sweet tea ridiculous
Every other fast food worker and every other worker that is working in customer service should take a page out of Aeshia Play book. A perfect example of what a shining employee should be. Very friendly and helpful and going the extra mile that you rarely see nowadays. I watched as she helped people not just myself and she treated everybody exceptionally.
