Five dollar box in the bed
I just waited 21 minutes for an order I placed at the kiosk at 98th and slide Taco Bell in Lubbock. After I made sure the number of items was correct, I got home to realize I paid for seven soft taco supremes and only received soft tacos. Basically got ripped off but it’s too far away to go back and waste another 20-30 minutes. Wish yall could do better.

THIS IS TO THE OWNERS OF THIS PARTICULAR TACO BELL! MY QUESTION IS.... DO YOU TRAIN THESE WORKERS? EVERYTIME WE COME TO THIS TACO BELL, THEY HAVE THE WORST ATTITUDE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO MAKE THE MENU FOOD RIGHT AND THEIR IS ALWAYS SOMETHING MISSING FROM ORDERS! DO YOU TELL THEM THEY CAN TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE THEY DON'T MATTER?!
