I was told upon entering I had to order using the kiosk, so I did. 1 burrito. The next lady who came in walked up and her order was taken. By this time I'd been waiting about at least 10 minutes. I asked one of the workers to check my order and asked about being told I had to use the kiosk..."the drawer wasn't open" was the reply. Apparently my order didn't go through because she re-took it at "the drawer." 30 minutes later, my order is finally ready. No apologies. 0 customer service. Never again.
I keep coming back because I’m fascinated by how the service manages to decline every single time. Also, ordering food is a bold move since the staff seems to treat the menu like a creative writing prompt.
We went through the drive thru on 2/6 evening and the service was great! Everyone was polite and friendly. Food was excellent. Fresh and crispy! Give this crew a raise!!
