Ordered over $60 with of food, 4 orders of nachos came without cheese, 4 crunchwraps were placed at bottom of bag so no longer crunchy but soft, ordered 12 sauce packets plus 4 sides of green sauce, received none. When I called Taco Bell I was told sorry but there isn't anything we can do about it! Period!
It was fine except I stood there and ordered, then when going to pay the self pay monitor stopped working and erased my order. The other monitor wasn't operating either. The first one started to work again after a few seconds. Tiny dining area which just seems to a Lubbock thing. Several locations within the same parts of town that are small.
Probably the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to, I’ve been many times and most of the time the burritos are small, the chips thrown in the bag, if there isn’t something missing that’s a blessing.
