Absolutely the worst taco bell location in all of lubbock I had a mobile order and after getting home noticed 1 of our boxes missing so called literally 9 times no answer and than finally pick up phone and hang it up I sent my son back up there to let them know and to get my items that were missing Ryan the so called manager tells him he packed the bag nothing is missing so my son calls me hand the phone to Ryan ans he tells me sorry it was there im not replacing anything WOW I HAD NO WORDS yeah we just came back to taco bel... read more
Hannah who helped me at the drive-through was so pleasant and kind! She had such a friendly attitude and genuinely welcoming attitude. It’s always nice to come across someone who is patient, personable, and kind. Great customer service Hannah!
I got three chicken chalupa’s and there was like 3 pieces of chicken it was mainly bread and there was a hair.. the rest of my order was ok except this and when I called twice no one answered I’m beyond upset!!
