Big disappointment when food is cold, that was the case I got some chalupas and they were hard and cold, and no help from the staff.
They are very nice and respectful here and I've always had great experiences, but I his time there was a big thick black hair right on the top of my taco. It was so obvious, I don't see how they could have sent it out without noticing it. I'm probably gonna stop going here unfortunately.
This Taco Bell is the best one in Lubbock, possibly in all of Texas. All of the employees are so respectful and nice, and just overall seem happy to serve the customers. The food and drinks are made perfectly.
