The food is always good at Taco Bell. I have been going inside and ordering 30+years. This visit kinda chapped my hide. A Kiosk, you have to use that for your order. I asked one of the Staff "can't I turn in an order with a HUMAN here at the counter ? You're here, I'm here" I was told NO!!! NO??? That's NOT good Customer Service, NOT a good SALES Practice. I probably WON'T EVER go inside to dine again.
They expect you to order on the kiosk and some people aren't patient
I went in there to pick up a delivery order, and the order was ready to go but the drink, a large diet Pepsi, was not with it, so I asked the worker for the drink she asked what it was, I said large diet Pepsi, and she snaps "no is it a delivery?" I said yes and she hands me some random, unmarked large beverage that was sitting out for God knows how long, because it barely had any ice. And the drink was a diet. This was unmarked.
