Order was wrong. If you order the vegetarian meals make sure u open it to check. Was sent meat instead, management doesnt seem to care. Be careful.
Just spent over 40.00 through the drive thru and the girl that took my order was the rudest person I’ve ran across. She was rude over the speaker then just shoved my food in my face. I’ll go elsewhere next time. I don’t need that kind of negativity in my life. My order was at 6:30 pm and a guys name is on the receipt so I can’t identify her.
Wanted to dine in and eat. We ordered and it took 25 minutes to get our drink cups and after 45 minutes we still had not gotten our food. We gave it some more time because we understood they are busy but an hour to wait for Taco Bell is ridiculous. They told us it’s because it’s dine in and dine in is not a priority. Asked for a refund and it took 15 minutes to get a refund. They never apologized and seemed more than happy to refund us rather than make our food. Employees were very rude as well.
