ordered through doordash ordered was delivered and was missing my quesadilla. called to ask if someone could go pick it up since it was missing and was left in silence with their so called “manager” until i said so can i come get it. then was told i have to bring all of my food up there to check if it was in the bag as if im lying about it missing. i have never had anyone from any restaurant tell me i have to bring all my food back so they can search through it to make sure i didn’t get it. poor customer service and food.
I came to pick up an order for a friend and place one for myself but they said i couldn't place an order and that I would have to go all the way back around through the long ass drive through a second time. Which is really stupid, it doesnt lighten your work load just makes your line longer. And this isn't the workers fault! Who ever manages the damn place needs a reality check!
Just went through here and my wife ordered a crunch wrap with the nacho cheese on the side. They gave us a crunch wrap with the cheese in it and told us "well we already had it made when you ordered." They took the old crunch wrap back at the window and then gave us another without the cheese on the side. When we asked for the cheese he said it should be in the other bag. Food is fresh but sometimes they are rude depends on who is at register.
Sticky floors and stuff just thrown in the bad. I mean it's taco bell what can you expect. Asked for 'hot'sauce when I bought 8 tacos for me and my family, they gave me 3 little packets. 3.
