Went through drive thru at night and it always takes forever!!! Waited like 30min for our food. So what happened was, we got up to the window and she said we apparently didn’t speak our name in the intercom so they made us wait another 10-15min because they didn’t start our order!!!! Like be for real. This is suppose to be fast food. This green haired women doing the window got our order messed up. Never coming here. Worst Taco Bell ever!!! This place has a reputation of being slow.
The customer service is awful- they were extremely rude in the drive thru. It was the bald guy with the tattoos and the short hair girl. They were both working together at 4:30 pm and I genuinely do not understand their reasoning behind why they were so nasty but I will never come back to this location. I was trying to use the app just to gain points not to get anything free and apparently that was too difficult or maybe I was just too incompetent to understand that that’s not how it works. Just did a mobile order and had to wait at the window for over 10 minutes and the girl with black hair and a ponytail was helping us and was very rude, she handed us the food and didn’t say one word!? No hello no sorry about the wait nothing!! Service needs to be better
