Mobile orders are never ready for pick up. Always have to wait 15 to 20 mins. Staff looks like they are playing around.
It’s Taco Bell. Food prices haven’t gone as high as some of the other fast food places, but some items are pricier than they should be. The group they have working has always treated me well. Kudos to the staff
This is the second taco bell experience where ive ordered a burriito and got more tortilla than filling. A sad, sad looking burrito. To be fair, they are brand new and just opened, but come on! I get better tasting and filling burritos in the frozen section at safeway. Not going back. Also, don't go through the drive thru if you have a full size truck. You'll likely hit the wall, building or curb!
Slowest drive thru I have ever been to. Also seems to always forget to give me part of my meal from past visits.
I had a mixed experience at Taco Bell. When ordering, the staff member was initially patient but quickly became rude and dismissive, trying to rush me even though there was no one behind me (at 11am). There was also confusion around availability; I was repeatedly told items were out of stock and then told they actually were available, which made the ordering process frustrating and feel uninformed.
