They have a new manager and things are looking up!! No more burnt grease!!!! Lots of cheese on the fries!!!! It is 99% better and I am so glad they did!! I am so grateful for the new manager!!
Placed order on mobile app. Was told in drive thru to pull forward for our order. Waited 30 minutes in drive thru for them to then tell us they didn’t have our order even though we showed them on my phone that I was charged. They still wouldn’t prepare our order bc it didn’t show on their end.
They brought back the nacho fries they had no cheese on them and were soooooooooo OLD!! Every time I go to Hot Springs Taco Bell, they are always on point!! This Taco Bell is getting better, but they need to up their fast food game a lot!! I do love the people who work there, and it is close by.. so I hope they fix the problems because I would probably go every day!! I love Taco Bell!! Please bring back the taco salads!!
