My wife and I went to this location and placed an online order, we went through the drive-thru to pick it up and we received the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The person at the window kept their back against the drive thru window the entire time, we were never greated. We put in an order on our way home from a long trip. In general we love this Taco Bell. The food is always hott and usually we are greeted with kindness and a smile or a hello, but today we were not greeted or even spoken to at all. We pulled up to the window and the young lady at the window stayed with her butt/back office her head facing at us. No hello, no, we will be right with you, no just a few minutes.
