All food was over cooked. Freeze had so much syrup could not drink it. Tiffin and Fremont are much better.
Ive been here a lot and they surprisingly rude. They regularly forget things. The times I reached out or came back for forgotten items they were curt and showed their annoyance. One time I made two separate orders on mobile made at the same time back to back. There was 1 car behind me. Both orders were submitted BEFORE there was a car behind me. They wouldn't let me have both orders at the same time. They gave me the first then said I would have to drive back into the line to pick up the second order? Is this standard? I tho... read more

The staff here is ridiculous! Worst customer service!!
Great place. 3 stars for service is because the sign in the bathroom says "Employees must wash hands". Well I waited for almost 15 mins and no employee came in to wash my hands.
