Sad looking staff , lacking portion amount ! It felt like a kids meal to me.i won't go back to that location ever!
I went here today this morning my cinnamon twist was old had old grease on them and the taste of it could’ve killed me my tacos wrap was drenched in who knows what very nasty paper wrap was very soggy cold food manager said it was freshly made but it was freshly made cold because no ma,am will not eat here every again!.
Drive through is the reason for the 1 star. Picked up 3 orders, 2 from online preorders and one on-site drive through. Apparently they told the online folks that they didn’t have any cheese… for anything, and failed to mention that to us who arrived there in person. This Taco Bell is convenient because it's close to where my job is. I do not go inside the restaurant and eat but I do go through the drive-thru to get food. Semi experience here is only the drive-thru. I would have given the food a five-star rating except for one little thing. Sometimes when I go through the drive-thru I want a Dr pepper and they are out of it. So I usually wind up getting root beer. Which is really not a big deal to me.
