I’ve left a bad review for here 2 years ago but I’d like to leave another, more relevant one. I have a love/hate relationship with this Taco Bell and as of recently I hate this place and the workers. To start, they like to choose whether or not they’re open based off of personal discretion and will close 1-2 hours early- so if you work late or have a busy life like me just go to Waffle House next door instead because these children they call employees may not *feel* like making any food after 11pm even though that’s their jo... read more
The staff are somewhat friendly. The past 2 times I've went to this restaurant; I've gotten an upset stomach. I don't know what the problem is. I ordered a Cheesy Bean & Rice burrito, Cheesy Gordita Crunch, fiesta potatoes, and and apple empanada. The burrito was nasty. The beans cold and pasty, no nacho cheese, or the sauce that comes on it. The gordita crunch was meh. The empanada was burnt and tasted like bleach.
Lady with red/orange braids is rude. Hope she's not a manager. Just now, I am a dasher and asked how long the order would take. She said whenever we are done making it. Then she said about 2 minutes. I should have said somethingsmart back! Shitty customer service. And that's after I waited 3 minutes for someone to acknowledge me, with one guy looking right at me while he put on blue gloves.
Always nice people working the drive through. Drive thru is open later.
