Ordered a crunch wrap supreme with jalape�os, they took an old one laying around, opened it up and shoved them in there. It was soggy and disgusting. The other items were terrible as well. Place should have their A game for late night food. Hell it was only 9:30pm. What a disappointment. Do better. This was horrible.
Sunday morning 9/20/2026 - I attempted to go to Taco Bell but the lobby doors were locked at 1130am. So then I had to wait 15+ minutes on my order. Lake Wylie Taco Bell is a joke. Where’s the customer service at??? Where’s the management. This is sad!!!
This is a very sad example of a taco bell. Order at the drive thru. Food is on point but the inside of the store is disgusting. We were meet at the door by a trash can pulled out which sat there for most of our visit. The fountain drink area has trash and straws everywhere. There's apparently a leak in the ceiling so there's puddles of water through out the floor. It is clear they do not want inside guests
In this day and age what fast food restaurant doesn't serve breakfast?
We only got this much dipping sauce for their new shredded beef taco and the sauce is the main part. So I asked if I could get some more along with the rest of my order that was missing (12 Cinnabon delights) and the guy at the window just dissapeared came back with the delights and said he asked his manager and she said no. Didn’t even offer to sell me more. Horrible service. Update august 2026 came here and they are still being cheap I got 5 items and only got 4 sauces.
