They said “hi welcome to Taco Bell” through the drive thru and choice to ignore my order completely. Completely ghosting me when having ample time to another complete order since they close at 2am.
I had clearly told them to separate the vegetarian and non vegetarian foods but they packed everything together in a single bag. That's not a customer service at all.
I am so sick of everytime I go on my dinner break at work on ft drum and order from this place it takes either 15-20 min to actually get my food when I ordered ahead online. And even if I do get it in a timely fashion it is literally always messed up. I’m either missing something or it’s not even what I ordered. And offering me expired coupons for a free taco doesn’t even come close to making anything right. I had worked food service for over 15yrs, this is just downright annoying to have to deal with.
