Service is the worst I’ve ever seen! EXTREMELY rude!
Your staff standards are completely unacceptable, and managers allowing staff to mock paying customers in front of their face is deplorable. As a returning customer to this specific franchise I have never experienced such a substandard work environment here or anywhere else I have been. I will not return to this location based off the employee and managers actions from my experience tonight. If this is what Great Lakes Taco LLC is offering for service I can guarantee we will never support any of these rancid franchises again... read more
Very clean in here for a Taco Bell, staff was great, honestly the food was a 10. Thanks ☺️
This taco bell should be closed down. Some of the worst service i’ve ever seen. I consistently receive the wrong order with a side of the worst attitude from the workers i’ve ever encountered. I just left there, the bag was shoved in my face, window slammed shut. and it’s the wrong food, once again. im all set now. customer service is dead.
