Completely ignored 5 minutes by staff inside after ordering only a drink. There were at least three employees visible in the back, but no one once acknowledged me or the 4 customers in the lobby. After waiting, I grabbed the cup I had already paid for and filled it myself. Only then did an employee react. By publicly scolding me and saying she could get in trouble for me taking my own cup. Many items on menu are not on the app. Very confusing if using the app and something isn't there just to see they have it available when you go there to pick up your food.
