A group of six of us went to Taco Bell tonight, arriving around 9:50 PM. As soon as we walked in, a staff member loudly said, “Who wants to come here at 9:50 at night?” which immediately made us feel unwelcome. We ordered our food separately. The first order came out in about five minutes, but the next two did not. they get my order wrong or make my food wrong every time. they don’t even know how to make the burritos right!
Last week went through the drive thru only to be told they had no food and could only make hard tacos. Today they apparently "did not hear" one of my items at the speaker and when we pulled back around for it was told VERY RUDELY we'd have to drive around and sit thru the line again and reorder since we weren't charged for it. NO NEED WE WILL NEVER BE BACK! 0 starts would be more appropriate!
