Great customer service
Visited Taco Bell for the first time in probably a decade and certainly my 3 kids’ first experience. Waited inside 24 minutes from when my credit card was charged until we got our food. At 14 minutes they said they were working on it, but I didn’t realize they meant they were just starting. Meanwhile I watched the drive thru serve half dozen cars at least. When asked, the manager only offered excuses and an apology saying most of the employees were new and he was only working the drive thru side of the line. How a place like... read more
