Don’t know why they have a drive thru if you have to still come in or pull in the parking lot to wait or get out and come in instead of wait. Need new management. New staff too. Almost told me I couldn’t have a cheesy Gordita crunch. Worst lunch break! Don’t come on Colerain this Taco Bell across from thortons not professional

Took almost 20 minutes to get tacos. Staff were more interested in talking to other customers than working.
