Chalupa is very stale and hard. This has happened on multiple occasions when certain employees are working. I don’t know if they’re leaving them out or what but they are practically inedible. I also ordered a taco after that mess and come to find out, my taco was soggy and as soon as I pulled it out it split from the bottom. Absolute disgrace to this franchise, needs better workers and more leadership.
chalupas are never fresh and so hard they just crisp off. you can tell they’ve been sitting for hours and are hard as a rock. disgusting
