Once again. The simple instruction of not adding an ingredient to something was just thrown out the window. The whole reason they has to sing your order back to you, is to also help the kitchen not miss any instructions!!!! Every - FRICKING - time.
I have DoorDashed from this location about 3-4 times and it’s honestly sad how they forget half my order. It’s really not that hard to put tacos and other items in a bag to go. If there is more than one bag, it’s not that hard to pay attention and communicate that to the dasher. I understand busy times and short staffs are stressful but I’m tired of the incompetence at this location. The location across town has flawless service and I’ve never had a problem with them forgetting my items or giving me low quality food.
