I got a Mexican pizza combo today was absolutely disgusted. My taco supreme was a mess. The sour cream was only on one corner of the taco but all over the outside. They didn't add the sour cream to the pizza as I requested but the worst was that both tasted awful. There was a chemical taste to the pizza. I made my husband try it to make it wasn't just me, but he said it tastes off too. I ended up trashing the food after one bite.
The young lady at the drive through acted as though it was an inconvenience to serve my order
On February 16th at 7:15pm, I received some of the worst customer service from a Taco Bell in my life thanks to the woman at the drive thru window . We were ordering at the window and she seemed annoyed to take our order and kept giving us our total when we weren’t done and had and attitude when I asked for fire sauce. She needs to be fired ASAP as other customer will leave just as I did.
Works wouldn't even look at me when I needed to pay with cash then all walked out to smoke or something then when I actually got my food well guess with attitudes like that what should we expect for spending our hard earned money
