The manager is rude. The employee's are rude. They ignore the customers. They treat Door Dashers like crap. I will never ever step back in this store again. I was just picking up someone's order and got treated like crap and they threatened to call the cops. What a way to run abusiness. The Taco Bell in IthacaMi is way better.
I had order my dinner from here and got it delivered, and my drink was foamed and smelt like soap, I called to have it replaced and they couldn’t deliver it and hung up. It was very rude.
There was a staff member that was really rude to me when I had to pick up order for walk-in and their doors were locked, but they told me that they lobby was closed. Was really rude about it the entire time and every single time I have a pick up order for walk-in. Their doors aren’t locked when I get yelled at from walking in to pick up my order.
Messed up my burrito they replaced it far my fav place to eat great customer service
