Awful customer service, food wasn't great, long wait time.
Garbage! Every time we get the wrong order. May be just a Thompson thing, but seems no one ever like their job. So unenthusiastic. Messed up the order. Attitude. Ordered a crunch wrap combo and the Chicken Chalupa Combo. Got bitter tasting cinnamon twists, 3 cheese rollups, 3 tacos with just meat😐, random quesadilla with paper thin filling. I ordered online and then had a special request. The guys working fixed it just like I asked. They also double checked my order and realized they forgot something before I ever pulled off. Amazing Customer Service !! Keep up the good work guys!!
Shoutout to the guy at the drive through tonight (9/25 around 9:30pm, young guy with curly hair) for great customer service. He went out of his way to label which Crunchwrap was which, since we got two different kinds. I know that’s a small thing but I really appreciated it.
