Spent 5 minutes researching locations with shorter wait times, then drove 10 minutes out of my way and waited another 5 minutes in line, only to be told through the speaker that they were only accepting DoorDash orders. Is this a new Taco Bell policy? Will this eventually happen at all locations? It seems to be happening more often. If a location is only accepting DoorDash orders, Taco Bell needs to provide notice through its app, Google Maps, Apple Maps, and other navigation services. Over the last few months this location has improved with the consistency of their hours, and the workers are still very polite.
Absolutely horrible!!!! Customer service horrible!!!! How is it that this Taco Bell is always out of beef it's Taco Bell you need beef make it make sense
I went through the drive thru and was given the wrong order. I received a Kiosk to go order instead of my own. I called multiple times, but received no response.
