Terrible customer service, they messed up my order, so I pulled back to the drive through and asked if they could correct it they gave me an terrible attitude and handed me a new bag. When I went to check it they said you need to move because we are on a timer and I asked if why they didn't ask me in a polite manner. Already sent an email to corporate to get my money back and let them know what kind of staff they have there. Go to any other taco bell, they are the worst.
Literally the worst taco bell in Cleveland! Food is horrible Service is terrible Staff have attitudes I wouldn’t even give this place one star but unfortunately you can’t leave a review without one. I wonder who’s keeping this place open because it’s definitely not worth it. I know it’s not an upscale restaurant but damn at least take pride in your damn job😒
