Person was kinda rude I get maybe she had a long day but, plastic in my pintos and cheese, not so great. Kinda gross realizing I was chewing up plastic.
Staff is rude, order takes forever to get. been sitting here for over 10 minutes and didn’t even get drinks. Order is always wrong here. the staff does nothing but giggle and mess around. Lobby’s closed? but it says open until 12. lady was rude all because i asked where my order was since i was waiting for 15 minutes

Rice wasn’t cooked all the way. Went thru drive thru and cashier was rushing me the entire time of me getting my order. Disrespectful and disappointed. This was my go to Taco Bell after 18th st also disrespected me. Do Better and lower ur prices back to regular!! 2.99 for a small chips and cheese is insanity!
