Terrible service. The old lady didnt even know their own menu. Then they chose violence by not giving me any napkins
I've been here only a few times and everytime I come here it's a wait in the drive thru. I waited 2 times with no one even taking my order, I waited over 12 minutes before actually driving away... this time I waited 18 minutes and being told il be right with you and then nothing. Doors are open and I can't find any employees in sight. Very bad buisiness... the people working here are going back n forth out the back door to the cars, while waiting in the drive thru. Just stood in the lobby with not one employee visible for 15 mins. 1 comes out and says "you're waiting for her , not me " with a very bad tone of voice. I will continue to leave the now multiple horrible experiences I've had here. I wish Taco Bell would do something about this location........ People would like to use it.
