okay so. i love taco bell. love the food. but the lady at the window tonight (3/27/26) was so rude. i had an online order and my friend wanted to order at the intercom and when informed of this information the lady SIGHS LOUDLY and goes “okay” in this snotty tone. whatever. we go up to the window and she can’t even make eye contact. honestly one of the worst customer service experiences i’ve had. ive worked fast food before. i know it can be rough sometimes but cmon man.
I hate the damn kiosks. You need to put menus back up.
Everyone was polite and quick!
This estableshment has the best food I've tasted from a fast food place ever, 11/10 couldn't reccemend more.🥰
