Took 30+ minutes for a mobile order pick up i placed 5 minutes before i got there. I went up to the counter, said i had a mobile pick up and said my name. Employee was eating nacho fries in front of customers while at the front counter. She had an attitude and said “ok.” She threw the bag lazily on the counter when it was done and got the baja blast freeze very lazily. EVERYTIME i come up in here i get gaslit by the workers. Yes i do delivery work. BUT i swear just tell me its gonna be a 20 minute wait so im not wasting my time. These guys tell me "theyre workiong on it now" when i see 4 people in the drive thru get their stuff before me. You guys are despicable i honestly hope one day someone wastes ur time just like mine. You aren't smart it's taco bell and its common sense
