The workers there are always extremely friendly. And I've never had any customer service issues in of itself. But if you ever order a chalupa, it will have a rock solid shell and not be worth the $. You always got to be careful to check a bag before you leave because stuff is wrong pretty consistently.

I avoid this location. The new car order line makes the wait longer. You no longer have the option to have an actual person take your order. You have to do it yourself. The lack of customer interaction on top of the poor condition of the hygiene in the building is gross all around. I’m disappointed in the direction Taco Bell has gone.

This place has continued to go down hill consistently. We sat in the lobby for almost 20 minutes waiting for our one taco. There were atleast 3 other people who waited the same amount of time or more. Then, when the order was ready, they never call our name and our one taco sat on the counter for 6 minutes until we walked up and asked them about our order. Embarrassing for sure. The owners should do better.

Disappointing. Paper thin tacos. Flavor was good but that's where it ends. Grumpy service. I asked for mild sauce. Got 3 packets for 8 food items asked for more got 4 more packets. I like 2 packets per food item. Guess I really didn't need it because of the tiny portions. 37 dollars for 4 tacos and 4 chicken quesadilla. Rip off.
