I ordered from the Taco Bell app for delivery and my order was likely stolen by the delivery driver. This has happened once before and Taco Bell did nothing about it. I called the store (Rice St.) directly and spoke to their manager, Sarah, who was kind, respectful, helpful, and offered to have my order remade at no cost to me. I picked up the order and the folks working were also kind and apologetic though it wasn’t their fault. I wanted to give this location kudos for their great work on a busy night!
