I don’t want to give you a 1 star 0 stars is what you are worth. Where’s the GM you have nothing but young kids running this location who don’t know and understand respect nor do they know customer service. If your employee makes a mistake it’s up the so called “manger” to fix it but then again these are children. Go to smelling Ave much more professional.

I ordered a 5 layer burrito and they gave me a 7 layer burrito I didn’t even know that a 7 layer burrito existed. The manager refused to switch it out and said I lied about what I ordered and she refused to switch it out so we had to pay for another second burrito even though they gave us the wrong order completely and nobody would eat this one so it went to complete waste. Whatever you do don’t order delivery from Them on the app. I order 30 dollars worth of food for delivery off the Taco Bell app and they never gave me food I’m a security guard at the place that I was getting my food delivered to and Called and told them I would gave them proof that it never got delivered because we have cameras all the around the building and in the building but nope nothing got done
