Went in the other day, was trying to order and everyone was just standing around, had to use the kiosk. Went tonight, and not taking orders with still 3 hours before closing. This place is a joke, don't waste your time!!!
Placed an online order for pick up showed up about 15 min later, waited at the window for an additional 15 min with a few cars behind me even though I only ordered 2 things, got home and (about 5 min drive) and both my items are cold and they didn’t give me the sauce that I ordered (they charge extra for the sauce) so they must’ve have made me sit at the window for 15 min when my food was ready and getting cold so they could make the food for the cars behind me and still forgot to give me what I payed for this place really n... read more
This location fell way off. Orders completely wrong.
I was ordering food at this place and the guy in the background swearing at me numerous of time thinking I couldn’t hear him because I was ordering multiple food. Very disrespectful and poor customer satisfaction. No one at the drive thru and literally took 2 minutes to even say can I help you! I’ve worked in fast food myself and nothing compared to the worst experience I’ve ever got from fast food chain! I had to drive off because of the disrespectful mess in the background yelling of what I was ordering.
