I didn’t get served they were too busy at the drive thru. I said I wouldn’t go there again after waiting 45 minutes Watching a gentleman come in and try taking orders from the slips left on counter. Place is totally dysfunctional I will not ever go to your establishment again.
this has to be hands-down, the worst Taco Bell in the city I have never had a good experience here they asked me to go around three times in the drive-through and still gave me the wrong order. I consistently get horrible customer service from every single person there at all times if you don’t like your job then leave it’s simple as that.
Rude service in the drive thru, they wanted me to spin the car around so they can make my taco party pack, nobody was behind me- they must get timed- that’s not my problem at the same time to make me drive around- then I was given my order and window slammed on me as I asked for more napkins because 4 napkins for 12 tacos is disrespectful, unless it’s coming out their pay they should have common sense and decency to know I needed more napkins. Both orders completely incorrect, took over an hour for them to remake them and they had to be reminded to do so. They make you have to ask an employee to type the key lock in, while the women's bathroom was clean, then men's was dirty. Both bathrooms lacked a mirror for some reason. You also have to ask the staff for a refill on your drink, which depending on their mood they'll deny you. The manager was rude, but the staff clueless but meant well. Overall my worst Taco Bell experience
