Just stopped by here on my way out of town to the KOA. Got back to my cabin, only to find that, of the 4 meals that I ordered and paid 44 dollars for, they shorted me two entire meals. Thanks.
Pathetic people and pathetic customer service. We had placed an order online, 4 value lunch boxes for 4 people, through their website which took the payment twice for the exact same order within the same minute. I wasn't notified during the payment process or even after the completion. When we went for pickup, firstly it wasn't ready on time. Then they started our order 6 mins after the promised time.
