Food was pathetic. Maybe a teaspoon of beef in a taco. No better in the burritos how does a cheesy DOUBLE BEEF burrito have basically no meat and a boat load of mushy rice and chips gross

Place is a dump. Unless corporate gets their head out of their ass and goes back to making their profit closer to margins, so many of us will continue to never come back. Everything is twice what it's worth. Doesn't matter that it's like this everywhere. $25+ for just a bucket of chicken that's going down the flush in 12 hours. Absolutely insane.

Don’t ever try to walk in if you can drive thru! It took me 50 mins to get the meal and it’s like scam as the friend chicken piece is like half of the regular size!!! In stead of making another extra order and wait another 50 mins, we decided to make the drive thru which we are getting the meal in 5 mins!!! Insane!

People have to start leaving these bad reviews. I haven't ever had a quick meal here. They always take so long to make the food. There is a lobby full of people currently waiting that I have heard have been waiting for 30 minutes. There was only one set of 2 people that ordered before me in line when I arrived. Neither them nor myself received a "sorry it will probably be a while" or "we're understaffed and running behind". No warning whatsoever.
