I like Taco Bell food but I feel the quality has gone down. Taco shells break too easy upon first bite. Service is non existent. I understand they are trying to encourage people to use the kiosk, but not everyone wants to. A man and a younger girl whom I assumed to be his daughter walked up to the counter and not one employee acknowledged them. After a few minutes of waiting, they just left. Lost customers, lost revenue.
5/17 noon Both Fountain drinks not working. Was not told before ordering. Ate and still didn't get the drinks. Still waiting for the drinks. Disappointing is not near what I'm feeling right now. I feel bad for the cashier. She was nice and friendly. Unfortunately, manager didn't advise us before ordering that the machine doesn't work.
