When I went, October 3rd around 9pm there were 2 yes TWO employees! I didn't wait as long as I wanted and the guy at the window was nice and unbelievably calm and patient even though I understand fast food and being very short staffed. I don't know if the manager or owner wasn't around, but either way I felt really bad for them.
Wow. The lady cooking the food was swearing up a storm about our large order. All we did was place a bigger order for my family and she was horribly rude for no reason. I understand being understand understaffed and frustrated but she needs to be fired. Horrible experience.
Terribly rude after they forgot hot sauce…
Stopped here on a trip to PA. Figured a quick trip. Wrong. Checked my Google maps and we sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes. We sat at the window for approx 10 minutes. Guy at window was nice but said they had a bunch of door dash orders they had to fill first. Black Bean Crunchwrap Supreme had barely any black beans on it. Did they give them all to the door dashers?
