Severly understaffed I placed a online order waited half a hour to go pick it up only to be told that I would have to come back in an hour because they are doing truck right now and that is they’re top priority. Also went a time before that they told me they were out of all meat cheese and lettuce and drink machine was down . I’d rather take the trip to Kent or Twinsburg before I ever come to this location again
rude - horrible food - kept us waiting for 30mins
I am editing this review to say that I can't stand this Taco Bell anymore. It used to be great, but every time I'm here I wait for 10 mins in the drive thru minimum. The wait times are terrible and if you've placed the order on the app you're screwed. Here's a fun update: I took this picture at 9:43PM. It's now 10:09PM and I just got my food. It took them just under 30 minutes. This is not an unusual occurrence. Every single time I'm here it takes forever.
