I just came through Taco Bell at about 6:45 in the evening and was helped by Samuel at the window. I just had to say this was 10 out of 10 service! Samuel was amazing! I’ve never felt the need to brag on a fast food experience, but he was both efficient and friendly (& gets big bonus points for not forgetting my extra cheese) plus he practically jumped out the window to make sure I got my napkins lol! He is doing his job very well so someone better give him a big fat raise!!
You didn’t give me a receipt, and you didn’t ask for a name for the order yet when I go inside because you messed up my order these are the two things you asked for and got angry because you couldn’t find my order in your system. I’m not real sure how that’s my problem. Course, instead of apologizing and making three new tacos. Great customer service
Ordered from kiosk, took over 6 minutes to get food, staff was only worried about drive through. The drink machine in dining area did not work at all, all flavors just spewed out air and syrup. The food was disgusting, taco shells were stale and mildew tasting. The meat in tacos and burrito tasted bad. Majority of the tables had not been cleaned, food crumbs on them. The Health Department needs to be called in on this place.
