It's not that Taco Bell food is top star, but it was comparable to other Taco Bell experiences. However, the employees during the noon shift are terrible. Super unfriendly, snippy when I asked for hot sauce, made future customers wait for 5+ minutes before acknowledging them. I am really uncertain why they chose a service industry job when they (at least 2 of them) dont like people at all. And the bathrooms. Super rank. Probably better to hold it than to enter those.

Was there today took half a hour to get food and the cashier lady named tequila was terrible seemed in a bitchy mood and was never up frunt after our order they had about 4 people come in and walk out because nobody was watching the frunt and also the tequila girl was on her phone when she did come up and complaining the customers were in a bitchy mood at the time we were then all the customers we nice to her from what I heard but yea food is pretty good today anyway but server was non existent.

when i pulled up to the speaker waiting for them to say something, he yelled asking if i was gonna order. later when i asked for hot sauce, he was annoyed and put giant handfuls into my bag. i had a bag full of sauce. some fell into my car and outside the drive thru window as he put it in. worst and weirdest drive thru person i’ve ever experienced by far. went back one more time and never did again the entire time i lived in fort dodge because this place sucks lol.
