I visited this location on [date]. Both the front entrance doors and the rear service door were propped open while the restaurant was operating. When I asked why, the manager told me it was because the rooftop HVAC unit was overheating and that corporate had said it was okay. I later looked up Iowa's adopted food code, which requires open exterior doors to be protected against the entry of insects and rodents by measures such as screens or air curtains. Do not even waste your money at this establishment. Paid $33 for my partner and I’s meal and we didn’t get $16 worth of food, received items we didn’t even order. Didn’t get our crunch wrap supremes which was the main part of my meal so I’m left still hungry. Didn’t give us any sauces at all which I’m used to Taco Bell loading the bag with sauces. I'm most def giving this a 5 star review cause my lil cuzo Anna works there an the food was aight but it's Fort Dodge so plus the chicken thighs was huge I never saw no chicken thighs looking like that so I didn't eat none!

I had high hopes for a peaceful and enjoyable evening with a friend at this restaurant. However, I was met with terrible service, screaming children, and a lack of any willingness to compromise. During my first visit, I was treated extremely rudely and disrespectfully. The staff slammed cups down on us, yelled at us, and showed us no kindness.
