Multiple times we have ordered the I believe it’s a number 6 or 7 which is 2 CHICKEN Chalupas and a soft shell taco and every time they give us chalupas with TACO meat which isn’t even ON THE DRIVE THRU MENU this is EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING as we live almost an hour away and most of the time don’t notice til we get home and they will only give a refund with a receipt which we didn't get.
Terrible service took 30 min just to order after being refused to serve inside because drawer was empty
Need to list on taco bells website, I tried to download app sitting in parking lot and said closest was Ames.
It took 10+ minutes to get my food. Ordered the taco super luxe box and the culapa was cold and chewy
The wait for our food took forever and the employees in the back seemed to just be walking around
